At Baking U Happy, we pride ourselves on making your ordering experience as delightful as our treats. Whether you fancy a custom cake, cupcakes, cookies, or cake pops, we're here to turn your cravings into reality.

Booking Policy

Baking U Happy requires full payment to book/finalize your order for your date of celebration. Any communication about your proposed order is only an inquiry until payment is received. Our schedule is often booked days in advance. We highly recommend getting your order placed with payment as early as possible. If you have inquired about an order, and have not  placed your payment to secure your date at least a week in advance we will not be able to add your order to our schedule at that point.

Please confirm with us prior to sending your payment, so we can confirm with you if we have availability or not.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Food product sales are final. No refunds given for orders cancelled within two days of the due date, the only option is to reschedule or receive store credit. Baking U Happy only issues refunds in the form of store credit. If you would like to postpone your order for another date it MUST be rescheduled within one year of the initial due date. After the year, your credit will be forfeited. 

Balances Due

Although our policy states that orders are to be paid in full at the time of booking, special circumstances may arise in which a deposit of 50% can be made and the balance is due 3 days prior pick up date.

For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods for orders at Baking U Happy:

• E-transfer (preferred) 
• Cash ok (For seasonal holiday Kits)

Fresh Flowers

If you wish to have fresh flowers arranged on your cake, it is your responsibility to supply us the flowers (whether you self-source or order through your events coordinator). Choosing to have fresh flowers on your cake, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not food safe (food products), and may be toxic or contain herbicide residue, dirt, insects, or other contaminates. However, all responsibility for the freshness, colour and overall condition/freshness is your responsibility (and/ or your events coordinator).  

Decorations Provided By Customer

If you choose to have toy decorations on your cake (your toys) we would need them to be sanitized prior delivering them to us. Please deliver them to us 4 days in advance to allow for planning and the execution of the design.

If you choose to have toy decorations on your cake we can provide them for an additional cost.
